Your basket starts with a conversation.
In your message, include the holiday, recipient, budget per basket, quantity, personalization, allergies or dietary preferences, needed-by date, and pickup or delivery location.
Custom baskets are quoted individually. Contents, packaging, price, production timing, and fulfillment are confirmed before payment. Product suggestions are subject to review and sourcing; an inquiry does not confirm availability or reserve a date. Alcohol is not included in these basket inquiries.
Payment options
A minimum 50% deposit is required on all orders before work begins. You may also pay in full. Your quote or invoice will confirm the exact deposit amount, remaining balance, and payment deadline before you pay; design approval is also required before custom fabrication.
Standard website checkout currently collects full payment. To arrange a 50% deposit instead, contact us before checkout for confirmed payment instructions. An inquiry alone does not start work, and a deposit is credited toward your order, not added as a separate fee.
See How Ordering Works and payment options for the all-order payment requirement.
The Seasonal Boo Box below is an existing, separately priced product. Its package options and inclusions remain separate from custom basket quotes.
