A styled grazing table featuring cured meats, artisan cheeses, fresh and dried fruit, nuts, crackers, and spreads, with boards and standard presentation coordinated to your event. Setup and cleanup are included.
Classic: $14 per guest. Luxe Grazing Table: $20 per guest. Minimum 20 guests ($280 Classic or $400 Luxe before add-ons, delivery, and tax). Additional guests are charged at your selected per-guest package rate, not concession-supply pricing.
Optional add-ons
- Station attendant: $65 per hour, with a two-hour minimum ($130). Not included in the base grazing-table setup.
- Custom signage and enhanced themed styling beyond the included presentation: quoted separately.
- Premium food selections and toppings beyond the selected package: quoted separately.
Delivery and pickup: quoted by distance, order size, and venue access, with a $50 minimum per booking. Combined rentals receive one coordinated delivery quote; the minimum is not added to every item.
Local Tampa Bay service. Dietary preferences, allergens, menu availability, serving arrangements, and final guest count are confirmed in your quote. Request your date and add-ons before paying. A 50% deposit of the confirmed order total is required to begin work.
