Welcome panel planned at 24 × 36 inches; unplugged panel at 18 × 24 inches. Large bases may be sourced pre-cut, with studio-made dimensional lettering and selected smaller UV-printed accents. Final materials, mounting and fulfillment are quoted.
02 / Signature collection
$1,150 proposed suite price
One visual language, carried throughout your celebration.
Proposed $350 deposit after your quote and date are accepted; $800 balance before extras, shipping and tax. Matching table numbers above 15 are proposed at $18 each. No automatic billing or instant date confirmation is active.
03 / The complete experience

An architectural reception with keepsakes to take home.
Panels, frames, supports, venue permissions and safe floor-graphic materials require approval. The 4 × 4-foot monogram is assembled in sections. Installation, removal and transport are separately quoted. Local-delivery-first.
Physical decor suites are separate from Event Styling & Setup. Final scope, availability, lead time, shipping, tax and installation are confirmed in your written quote.
The studio behind the details
Selected custom details are designed and personalized in our Tampa Bay studio using laser cutting, direct UV printing, apparel personalization, and precision vinyl cutting. These capabilities help bring a coordinated look to your celebration, gift, or business project.
We also source suitable blanks, packaging, and curated contents where the project calls for them. Your proposal makes clear what is personalized, supplied, installed, or separately quoted.
