Shipping policy
Production time
Custom items are made to order after you approve your design proof. Most orders are ready in 3–10 business days after proof approval; larger orders may take longer. We’ll confirm your timeline when we approve your order. Need it by a certain date? Enter it in the “Needed by” field, or email us before you order.
Shipping (United States)
• Standard: $8.00 — free on orders of $70 or more.
• Express: $15.00.
Shipping time is in addition to production time. You’ll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. We currently ship within the United States only.
Local services, delivery and setup
Event styling, staffing and rentals are delivered and set up on-site, so there’s no shipping charge on these. We serve the Tampa Bay area; travel outside our area is quoted after we review your booking.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, email hello@cachecollective.org within 7 days with your order number and photos and we’ll make it right.

Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of cachecollective.org and to any order you place with Cache Collective (“we,” “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Orders and approval
Placing an order is a request. Every order is reviewed and becomes official only when we confirm it. We may decline any order, including for date availability, service area, or content reasons. Payment is collected at checkout, and declined orders are cancelled and refunded in full.
2. Custom content
You are responsible for the text, names, logos and artwork you send us, and you confirm you have the right to use them. We won’t reproduce trademarked, copyrighted or offensive content we aren’t authorized to use, and we may decline such requests.
3. Proofs
For custom items we send a proof for your approval. Please check spelling, dates and details carefully — production follows your approved proof.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Personalization fields don’t change your price unless a paid upgrade is shown. We may correct pricing errors before confirming your order.
5. Event services and rentals
You agree to provide safe, accurate site access and a suitable setup area at the time and address you give us. Rental equipment remains our property; you’re responsible for it while it’s in your care. Inflatables and machines must be used as instructed and supervised by an adult.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy.
7. Photos
We may photograph our work for our portfolio and social media without showing guests’ faces or private details. Let us know if you’d prefer we don’t.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
