Waffle Station Rental

A hosted waffle bar made fresh on site, with a coordinated toppings spread of fruit, whipped cream, syrups, and sweet extras. Includes setup, the first two hours of attendant service, and cleanup.
Classic: $16 per guest. Deluxe Toppings Bar: $20 per guest. Minimum 20 guests ($320 Classic or $400 Deluxe before additional time, delivery, and tax). Additional guests are priced at the selected package rate.
Optional add-ons
- Additional attendant time beyond the included two hours: $65 per hour. The initial two-hour staffing minimum is already satisfied by your package; it is not charged again.
- Custom signage and enhanced themed styling: quoted separately.
- Premium toppings beyond the selected Classic or Deluxe package: quoted separately. Included package toppings are not charged twice.
Delivery and pickup: quoted by distance, order size, and venue access, with a $50 minimum per booking. Combined rentals receive one coordinated delivery quote.
Local Tampa Bay service. Confirm guest count, dietary needs, power access, menu, and venue arrangements before booking. Request your date and add-ons before paying. A 50% deposit of the confirmed order total is required to begin work.
